Aim: URE (Unión de Radioaficionados Españoles) is issuing a special diploma, for both Spanish and foreign stations, for contacting the greatest number possible of special event stations which will be on the air representing Spain in the IARU HF championship 2014.

Date and time: Valid for contacts made with any EF4HQ stations between 1200 UTC Saturday 12th July and 1200 UTC on Sunday 13th July, 2014.

Exchange: In each contact with any of the stations representing URE, give RST and your ITU zone as the exchange. We invite those interested in this diploma to actively participate in the IARU HF world championship 2014.

Categories:

Gold: Contacts with all of the EF4HQ stations on all 6 bands (160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10 metres) and both modes SSB and CW (12 contacts in total)

Silver: 10 contacts (no duplicates) with the EF4HQ stations in any band and mode.

Bronze: 5 contacts (no duplicates) with the EF4HQ stations in any band and mode.

Prizes: (Speed in making the contacts will be a factor)

• The first 15 stations who make all 12 contacts with the EF4HQ stations in the Diamond category will receive an official Spanish HQ team T-shirt

• The first 3 stations who contact the minimum number necessary for each category (diamond, platinum, gold) will receive a paper certificate.

• All stations who make at least 5 QSOs are eligible for an electronic (PDF) certificate.

Lists: Non-members of URE should send their diploma request by email to urehq2014@ure.es the 15 days after the contest ends. URE members do not need to send a request, once logs are checked prizes will be sent automatically.
